Denison Auto Repair

I love this garage and the employees. My neighbor was born and raised in Denison and took all his vehicles to Jon Chak's and recommended I take me car there. Love the service and they fixed an oil leak that another local shop could not. My last visit was not a success, only because they recommended a Volkswagen dealership for special tools. I appreciate their honesty and went out of their way to help where they could by reviewing my last repair at the dealership to help solve the issue. They also made accommodations to get me back and forth to work the day I left the car. It is distressing. Thank you Jon and Tyler and Tech,

John was absolutely fabulous! We broke down passing through town to Dallas. He stayed open late to help us. He went the extra mile to check with the dealership to see if they would cover anything since it was major work. He seemed to have integrity and honestly when communicating about costs and the actual automotive issues. If I lived in town, I would 100% take my car to him every time.

I never have had a problem with my 2020 Toyota Camry until yesterday. I bought this car new Nov. 2019, have approximately 16,700 miles on it. I was going to run some errands yesterday, and my car would not start. Nothing worked on it. I was told by the McKinney dealership I would probably need a toll truck. Not any help to me really. I called John Chak Automotive. John Chak came out , got my car running and advised me that my car was still under warranty. He called the local Toyota dealership and confirmed my car was still under warranty. He got my car running and sent me to the Toyota local dealership to get my battery still under warranty replaced. I so appreciate his kindness, his honesty, and his professionalism. I am not so sure how another business would have handled this. John Chak treated me right. He gets a 5 Star Rating from me.

I love this place! I've taken my BMW to numerous mechanics, including Dealership and by far John Chak Auto is the best. The owner John, has the best customer service and goes above and beyond to take care of the customer. He is honest and has does the right thing if there is any question. I highly recommend John Chak auto to everyone around. Tyler is also great, he aims to please and is very knowledgeable provides 5-Star Service as well! Come by and check for yourselves. They won't let you down.

If you think honest and reliable auto service no longer exists, you are wrong. I have taken my cars and truck to John Chak for 5 years. Not once have I been disappointed. You are treated as family.
