I give four stars for friendliness and satisfaction on repairs, but it cost me more than I expected to pay. However; If my car still runs properly by next week, I will be OK with that price because, I suppose, You get what you pay for in the long run. I had my radiator replaced and spark plugs and wires replaced. Thank you for reaching out to me. My car drove better on the way home, but I haven't went anywhere today. I have a road trip planned soon so that I can get out on the freeway and see how my car handles now that it's been worked on. Everyone was friendly and helpful to me yesterday which means a whole lot for me. Paying as much as I did for the repairs was very hard on me as a senior citizen who only lives on a small Social Security check, however; I'm grateful that I went to your shop to get these repairs done. I feel like I may have found someone I can trust to take care of my car. It means a great deal because I bought my car new in 2006 and have driven it for 19 years. I try to keep it in good shape and try to be a careful driver. I would hate to give up trying to keep my car running. I have been so frustrated with other repair shops who do sloppy repairs and then I have to go back to have them to redo their work and still my car does not operate right. It causes me to not trust Repair shops. I plan to take my car to your shop the next time it needs an oil change and as far as other repairs go, I will have to save money for the next time I need something repaired. Since I do live on such a small amount of money, repairs on my car will be limited to emergency only.
