I had noticed my A/C in my pickup suddenly was not cooling as well as previously I stopped in CHAK;s in mid-afternoon and asked Tyler to check it out. Even though they were busy, they quickly worked it in and announced it had a refrigerant leak and was a lb low. They fixed the leak, emptied and repaired the leak and refilled with refrigerant and had me fixed up in about an hour. Tyler and everyone there were very friendly and professional. A/C now cooling fine and I will certainly keep them in mind for any further needed repairs.

Mr. Roach, we genuinely appreciate you stopping in to trust us with your vehicles air conditioning system. Fortunately enough for our valued customer we were able to properly diagnose the issue with your a/c, receive and install the parts in a timely manner. Parts were readily available and the repair time wasn't long. We like to get you in and get you and your vehicle back on the road in a safe and timely manner. The staff here is very very respectful. I was welcomed by a guy named Tyler. He called me “Sir” (I’m 23) which is unusual because you don’t find respect like that anymore. A guy came in looking for a job and Tyler made it very easy on this guy. Watching from the side, this guy really cares for people and treated this guy along with myself with the utmost respect and really just made this stop a very welcoming one.

no matter opened or closed we trust in your service. we had a problem on Sunday and drove it straight to the shop not knowing the problem and didn't want to take the chance of it not running on open hours to bring it back, Before we could pick up the phone to call about our vehicle being there your shop called and asked what sort of problem do we have going on! REALLY? Wow now that's amazing!!!!!. the vehicle was fixed in no time. when ed picked it up we left our Tahoe there because the Air Conditioning wasn't cooling and it was also fixed within an hour. thanks cor always being there for us!! your Friends... the Bowling's
