Took my car in for an oil change and was met with a friendly greeting. After reading literature on the wall I asked about a cabin air filter, the gentleman kindly explained what it was and what it did. I decided to have it changed out, as I did not know that I even had a cabin filter that required changing. Even with the filter having to be ordered & delivered, I was back in my car and on my way in 40 minutes.
