John and Tyler are SUPERB at their service and professionalism! They helped me when a LOT of other mechanics failed. THREE TIMES now when I was in desperate need of a WORKING vehicle, they properly diagnosed it, got it repaired with the BEST skill and parts, and got me on the road again. Great people, and I just can't say enough good things about them. When they tell you what's wrong with your vehicle, IT IS ACCURATE. And they stand behind what they say and do. RARE to find mechanics (or even people) of this quality. If I could give them more than five stars I WOULD!!! THANK YOU GUYS!

I love this garage and the employees. My neighbor was born and raised in Denison and took all his vehicles to Jon Chak's and recommended I take me car there. Love the service and they fixed an oil leak that another local shop could not. My last visit was not a success, only because they recommended a Volkswagen dealership for special tools. I appreciate their honesty and went out of their way to help where they could by reviewing my last repair at the dealership to help solve the issue. They also made accommodations to get me back and forth to work the day I left the car. It is distressing. Thank you Jon and Tyler and Tech,

John was absolutely fabulous! We broke down passing through town to Dallas. He stayed open late to help us. He went the extra mile to check with the dealership to see if they would cover anything since it was major work. He seemed to have integrity and honestly when communicating about costs and the actual automotive issues. If I lived in town, I would 100% take my car to him every time.
