Tyler is great to work with. The mechanic does great work too. They offer 2 year warranties, which is unheard of.

I've been taking my truck to John Chaks Auto for several years now and they are always fixed right. They do great work at a fair price. So if you need your fixed right the first time, don't take your vehicles anywhere else.

Easy to talk to and clear about what was needed. Pricing good, well stated and approved before work. No smoking, which we appreciate.

They did what they promised to do. They kept us informed and answered all our questions. John (owner) and Tyler were friendly, knowledgeable and professional at all times. I hope I never need to have a mechanic look at my car again but if I do there is no doubt that I will call on John Chak Automotive.

These guys have always been exceedingly fair and honest. I never get treatment like women are at-risk to get elsewhere. I’m never told to shell out for some nonsense repair under the assumption that I know nothing about cars. I won’t take my cars anywhere else. To top it off, my last visit was actually for my mother’s vehicle while she was visiting from out of state. The guys really went out of their way to help her out to keep her on schedule. I really appreciate everything this team has done to take care of me like family.

Arrived at opening time and was greeted by Tyler with a friendly good morning. Needed my oil changed. They got me in and out in a timely manners. Super friendly and professional staff.
