The team at Graham International are the most amazing group of people I have met in a very long time. Our group of 12 were traveling through 3 states for the Christmas holidays when we discovered a fuel leak on our motor home. After calling around to 6-7 places on our own Tyler at John Chaks Automotive in Denison called Brett the owner of Graham International to plead our case and asked for assistance. Brett agreed and called his office to set up a mechanic and Shannon which turned out to be our awesome personal liason for our repair. The was no small feat we realized once we arrived at their facility in Sherman. We arrived to see every bay full and all hands on deck working to repair what I estimated to be over 50 vehicles. As we walked into the bay to meet our repair crew they broke huddle and told us they were ready to get us taken care of and back on the road. They diagnosed the fuel line leak within 10 minutes and began calling around for a replacement part. Unfortunately the time line kept looking like we would be in Sherman over night. GII stepped up and offered to machine the part for us instead. In the meantime as lunch was approaching they offered to drive us to a restaurant and return to pick us up when we were through. James Edmundson the parts and sales manager drove us in his car to lunch and then came back and got us when we were through. All in all in a matter of three hours on a Friday we were back on the road. I am very grateful to Brett, Shannon, James and all the employees at Graham International for dropping everything to get my family and I back in the road so quickly. Your willingness to help others in need, selfless acts of hospitality, and doing it all with a smile and great attitude is a blessing my family and I will never forget.
