My experience was great except for the fact that my air conditioning system needed a major overhaul. John and Mike are very knowledgeable and friendly. This is my new mechanic shop.

I got a quote from them four years ago and just recently began getting unsolicited emails. I asked them to stop several times. PLEASE STOP EMAILING ME!!!

Work preformed is always top notch. Good communication between customer and service writer.

I recenlty visited this shop. I had a NAPA battery that was purchased in a different town that was failing to hold a charge. They were able to handle replacing the Battery under Napa nation wide warrnaty and I was back on my way in no time. Shops like this and Napa Parts National warranty make a great team. Thanks

John...I appreciate the usual good work done by your staff. Ryan was very good to get me to and from the shop to my home. I have removed my vehicle information from this page as I am not comfortable with having that information on the internet. I realize you have it in the shop, but having it on line is just another way for someone else to find it. You might think of a way to eliminate that infromation from public access. John Chaks was very professional during the time frame that I was there. I had my timing belt and water pump replaced in a 03' Honda Civic and it had taken approx. 6.5 hours. The crew at Chaks had called and updated me during the replacement of parts and stated a part needed to be replaced. Crew did an exceptional job and did not charge me for the service but only the part. I would recommend Chaks if you had an import considering that there are not that many mechanics that work on imports (foreign) cars in the Texoma area other than high priced dealerships.

I just moved to the area and needed an inspection done. This place is professional and quick! I will definitely be getting all of my vehicle care done here from now on!
