Kept on repairing our van even though we kept having the same problem. Were very nice & didn't charge extra. Finally found that the problem was a faulty part. Would suggest you put your phone number in the book under Chak Automotive. I was looking for that & finally noticed the sign out front had your whole name on it.

I was able to fix 2004 Honda Accord stereo. I found an online site(willmanselectronics.com)which gave detailed instructions on how to remove stereo unit. I noted his address was in Garland and hand delivered the unit to him. In less than a week it was repaired. I reinstalled the unit myself. The good thing about it was that the climate controls were not affected. He does a lot of different repairs to stereos like this. You might want to look at his site. It could be beneficial for your shop in the future. I was impressed, it works like new again.
